FRESHERS - 2009 / 2008 Passout

Job Location: Bangalore

Job Description:
• Talented individuals are required to work on an enterprise level application using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• The candidates should be extraordinarily talented, determined and serious.

Selection Process:
• The selection process comprises of written test followed by technical interview.
• Candidates should be good in C, C++, RDBMS and OOPs concepts, preferable knowledge on Asp.net, SQL Server and Html / JavaScript and Web Technologies.
• The written test will be on Technical/Analytical and logical reasoning followed by technical interview on C, C++ and RDBMS (and .NET, if any).

Roles and Responsibility:
• This requirement is to work on an Enterprise level web application using MS web based .net technologies and sql server.
• The requirement is for 4 to 6 months.
• The candidates have to update themselves on asp.net/c#/JavaScript/Ajax.net/Sql Server with little guidance from supervisors and seniors.

Salary and Stipend:
• Candidates will not be paid for the initial 3 months and underperformed candidates will be asked to leave within one month.
• Salary and stipend will be fixed after 3 months including the initial 3 months which will be paid at the end of 6th month.
• From 3rd month candidates will start receiving the stay fund monthly.

Working hours:
• Candidates will be asked to work for 9 hours anytime between 7 AM to 9 PM
