.NET engineer ( C#, ASP.NET, SQL ) (salt lake city, ut)

I am putting together a team of like-minded software engineers, specifically C# engineers ( though smart folks can still apply ). I'm looking to build a small team of sharp folks, who have REGULAR DAYTIME JOBS, and who want an awesome mostly-telecommute opportunity on the side that can lead to some excellent secondary income. In this market, I can't pay as much as big companies, until things are highly successful. So don't come to me if you're just looking for money. We are building some cool stuff, and I'm looking for folks kind of like me. Smart, wise, skilled, persistent, etc. It's ok to have a day job, I don't want you relying on me for your sole source of income. If you're out of a job, and need something, great, still talk to me, but be on the look out for a day job. I have tons of ideas for awesome product, and I also have CURRENTLY PAYING CONTRACT WORK. These guys pay, and they pay on time, which is REALLY good.

You really need to be somewhat local to the Salt Lake area, as we WILL be getting together to brainstorm, and design things right. I need the following skillset in my team:

1. C#, ASP.NET, WPF, WCF, WDF, etc., etc. Microsoft world.
2. SQL Server 2005/2008, good DB architecture.
3. Preferrably some experience with component libraries like Xceed, DevExpress, Infragristics, etc.
4. Web design, graphics, CSS, UI look and feel, etc.

Gotta speak REALLY good English. Communication is key. Anyway, drop me a line, send your resume.

Quotes from companies outside of the US, or emails from head hunters or similar groups will be deleted. While I prefer folks in Utah, I'll consider folks with a sharp head on their shoulders.

Final note: A test will be administered. I will ask you to build something innocuous for me ( relatively useless piece of software that simply demonstrates your ability to program ).
