Are you an ASP.NET/C#/SQL Server developer? Are you ready for the satisfaction that comes from being a major contributor for an up and coming product that makes a real impact to our customers? Our current environment in 95% virtual and all staff work from home. For the first 1-2 months you would be required to come to the office in Naperville 1-2 times per week. All other communications would be via phone and email/chat. We are currently looking for someone for a 3 month contract opportunity. This could turn into a full time position.

The position calls for experience in all phases of application development and support: specification, design, development, source control, testing, 2nd tier tech support and maintenance. The person will work alongside our existing development, and help develop innovative and creative new applications for our existing and future customers.

Our Application is used by thousands of end users and is a part of three-tier architecture with a strong database orientation.

Skills:

• Preferred 2 years of experience in web development using Microsoft Technologies (If you are a rockstar recent C.S. degree graduate and willing to do a couple projects to prove yourself feel free to complete our survey)
• Experience in ASP.NET 3.5, C#, Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005 and XML is a must
• Thorough understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Stored procedures and triggers
• Ability to analyze requirements, provide solutions and prepare documentation
• MCP certification in ASP.NET/C# and Computer Science degree is a plus
• Understanding of analysis services (SSAS), Reporting Services (SSRS) and (DTS)/(SSIS) a plus
• Must be able to work independently and also in a team environment
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
