We are looking for a mid-to-architect level engineer to build a simple marketing site that does the following:

1. ASP.NET 3.5 Framework

2. Sign on for advertisers and marketers

3. Advertisers post opportunities for marketers to review

4. Marketers grab those opportunities and work on them, then post results back

5. PayPal integration for processing payments from advertisers

6. PayPal integration for paying to marketers

There are more details to it, but this is the basic premise.
